When you buy: your name, email address, billing details and any beat names you enter at checkout. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number.
When you browse: this site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small items locally on your device, such as a partner referral tag, a promo code you found, and your cart. These stay on your device.
When you create a member account: your name, email address and, if accounts are switched on, a password that we store only as a one-way hash. We also remember, in your browser, how long you have browsed so we know when to ask you to create an account.
When you email us: your message and address.
To process and deliver your order, issue your license, send receipts and support replies, handle refunds and disputes, detect fraud, meet tax and accounting duties, and, only if you opt in, send news about new beats. We do not sell your personal information.
Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, hosting providers, and tax and accounting advisors. Spotify and Google Fonts content on the site is loaded from those companies, which may receive your IP address and device details under their own policies. We share information when required by law.
When accounts are turned on, we count anonymous events such as page views, beat plays, cart clicks and checkout clicks so we can see what is working. These counts use no cookies, store no IP address and no name or email, and cannot be linked back to you. A random per-visit code is used only to count unique visitors for one day. We respect your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings and send nothing when either is on.
Order and license records are kept for at least 7 years for tax and legal reasons. Marketing emails stop when you unsubscribe.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We use reputable providers and encrypted connections, but no system is perfectly secure. We will update this page when practices change and show the date at the top.
